This analysis will include the description in the dilemma, the events that triggered the problem, and the likely solution to the dilemma. The stakeholders in this instance are loan officer of the bank and Mrs. Pat. This case would affect each of the stakeholders with all the dilemmas that are presented. Mr. Gable was hired by the Wilson's to get ready a financial strategy. During this time Mr. Gable was asked to execute periodic audits on randomly accounts within the bank. When performing the random audits, Mr. Gable came across the Wilson's savings account. Since this individual has preparing the Wilson's financial plan, Mr. Gable realized that the information provided inside the bank account was different from the individual information this individual received in the Wilson's. Noticing this, Mr. Gable after that proceeded to inform the loan police officer that data that is proven is different than the information he received when preparing their financial program. The loan police officer then advises to Mr. Gable that Mr. Wilson is getting ready to get all of his financials in order without including Mrs. Wilson who also he strategies to leave her without any money at all. The loan officer as well suggested that Mr. Gable keep silent about this as there is not any proof to support his theory and it was labeled as locker place ethics.
