This kind of organization includes a main office, two department offices and twelve subwoofer offices. Around seventy staff officers will work with this kind of organization. The primary office grips Administration, HUMAN RESOURCES management and Accounting functions.
This organization features manual data file based program. Division business office can't see any current details of personnel and salaries. Also some crucial news are sending by post or perhaps by cellphone from key office to sub offices. It is difficult to give correct and full specifics to the subwoofer offices quickly. Details submitting method is very delay.
The main aim of the project should be to develop a Online HR Management for Office of the Deputy Director of Agriculture. The module increases good Discussion / conversation facilities involving the employees and administrator, likewise between key office, split offices and sub office buildings. To develop a software application for the application certain to the Online HR Management in an intranet specific to company presently there by allowing the integration of all the employees pertaining to that organization. User can easily view information of the organization as quickly while thought. This product useful to manage all the other subwoofer offices linked to that commence such as Split office, AJE office etc .
The Rational Unified Process (RUP) strategy was recognized as the most suitable advancement methodology pertaining to delivering projects in a maximum performance method.
